This chef brings an impressive career and rich array of accolades. He received the prestigious Bocuse d’Argent and was the first chef in Belgium to be awarded the Prosper Montagné. He won the Delta d’Or and was named Grand de Demain by Gault&Millau in 2000. With this impressive record and a creative vision, his creations contribute to a surreal overall experience.
